In the end I chose Jason based on a recommendation about of his experience, knowledge of the area, and his honesty. In the end he was better than I could have expected. Having an older house I first wanted his opinion on what to fix up and what not too. Spending a few dollars here and there to update the house to get a few extra thousand back in the end seemed smart. He has a great feel and eye for that type of work, which allowed me to maximize my selling price. He also had a good understanding of the market dynamics in order to get the most showing as possible in order to move the house quickly.
