Although we never met Jason face-to-face, he was still a part of our homebuying experience by being included in every communication we had. We discussed earnest money, escrow, her relationship with selling agents, our goals, appraisals - really the entire home buying process from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the online platform used to show us houses. It was super easy for both of us to log in and "favorite" the houses that we thought were cool. The information on the site was extremely thorough - which was important to us because we would have never known to ask some of those questions if the information was not presented to us.

Our favorite part of the process was touring townhomes with Jarret. I believe she understood exactly what we were looking for. Since we were shopping during the peak of football season and weeks before the holiday season, she respected our time. We were able to knock out all of our home tours in one day
